In a press release, the Illini announced that Leron Black will be back with the basketball team and will only be suspended for six games stemming from a nightclub incident that ended up having Black arrested for brandishing a knife.
This six-game suspension includes two exhibition games and four regular-season games.
Leron only getting a four-game suspension for the regular season is the best case scenario happening for the Illinois basketball team.
Illini fans are accustom to having the worst case scenario happen, but it looks like tides have turned a little bit.
