He is now checking in at No. 30 on this list, so he moved down two spots. This has nothing to do with his play but more to do with other recruits moving up.
Despite the slight drop in ranking, Miller has moved from a four-star to a five-star. This is big news for the superstar recruit who is currently committed to Illinois. The fact Miller is now a five-star means Illinois has now snagged two five-star recruits in the last three classes.
