Yesterday, Scout.com came out with their updated top 100 rankings for the class of 2017. Multiple areas are focused on when making these rankings. They are also compiled through many days, weeks, months, and years of watching these players play as well.
There are multiple Illinois targets that are also in these rankings. I want to focus on the players that are still hopefully thinking about the Illini.
The first player that I come to on the list is center Jeremiah Tilmon. He is one of the biggest recruits for the Illini in 2017.
