Big man Drew Timme announced on Monday that he was taking one of his official visits to Illinois this weekend. This is huge news for the Illini as they try to build a great class of 2019 and are just waiting for the first piece of the puzzle to be in place.
Timme is a 6-foot-10, 235-pound center from Pearce High School in Richardson, Texas. He is rated as a four-star recruit who is the No. 41 player in the class of 2019 and the No. 11 center in the nation. This would be Timme’s fourth official visit.
