Illinois played well on Monday. At points of the game, we did struggle to put the ball in the basket, though. There were some struggles on the defensive side of the court too. But there were many players that had an impressive game for the Illini. That is why there are co-MVPs for the victory over Nebraska.
The co-MVPs are Kofi Cockburn and Ayo Dosunmu. They both had good performances on Monday.
Ayo had 18 points, 2 assist and 2 rebounds. He was Illinois’ most consistent player on offense in the first half.
