I have lost track of the number of times a recruit has been mentioned about potentially committing to the Illini.
Some of these recruits have committed to Illinois and some have bolted for other programs. There are also recruits who are still weighing their options.
Many Illinois fans were excited about the class of 2017 because there were so many talented players from the state of Illinois. These players were interested in the Illini as well.
The Illini have potential to secure a top-10 recruiting class, which is something they haven’t accomplished in over a decade.
