Julius Marble announced on Twitter that he had received a scholarship offer from the Illini. This is a kid who clearly is coming on strong for the current class and now has some big-time programs looking at him. Getting in on his recruitment is probably a good idea.
Marble is a 6-foot-8, 225-pound power forward from Jesuit High School in Dallas, Texas. He is rated as a three-star recruit who is the No. 332 player in the class of 2019 and the No. 59 power forward in the nation. He is also the No. 24 player in the state of Texas as well.
