The Illini picked up a late addition to the 2019 class on Monday afternoon.
Florida cornerback Devon Witherspoon pledged his commitment via Twitter earlier today:
Witherspoon hails from Pine Forest High School in Pensacola and is listed at six foot, 160 pounds. He is unranked on any of the national recruiting websites and held offers from South Alabama, Appalachian State, Georgia State, Temple, and UMass.
