CHAMPAIGN — Michigan State volleyball has just one player back from the team that played in last year's Sweet 16 matchup against Illinois.
All that's left is libero Jayme Cox from the group on the court that took down the Illini in four sets and threw up a Sweet 16 roadblock yet again.Plus, Illinois took down the Spartans in three sets almost exactly a month ago at Huff Hall. Jacqueline Quade, Ali Bastianelli and Beth Prince all finished with double-digit kills in what turned out to be the third of the team's now 11-match winning streak.
The "revenge" factor just really isn't there for the Illini.
