STILLWATER, Okla. — A day after his college career ended at Illinois, men's golfer Nick Hardy added to the recognition he's picked up during his time with the Illini.
The senior from Northbrook earned PING First-Team All-American honors, announced by the Golf Coaches Association of America on Tuesday.
It's the second All-American nod for Hardy in his career as he joined 10 other golfers on the elite list.
The 2018 Big Ten Player of the Year, Hardy's career at Illinois wrapped up Monday after the Illini did not find themselves among the top 15 teams at the NCAA Championships.
