A few questions with: Former Illini and Mahomet-Seymour Bulldog Brett Melton
The former Illini and Mahomet native has settled in San Diego, but he’ll be back in his hometown July 11-12 hosting his second skills clinic at his alma mater, Mahomet-Seymour. Registration for the $40 camp is still open at www.allnetbrett.com. Melton has taken to teaching basketball full time in addition to running a nonprofit organization for underprivileged children, called Thankful Thinking, with his fiancee. The trip home will be brief — the weather in San Diego is too perfect.
