Ayo Dosunmu keeps putting accolades on his shelf.
The Illini sophomore claimed his first Big Ten Player of the Week award after returning last week to help Illinois knock off then-No. 9 Penn State.
Dosunmu had a game-high 24 points, including a late floater, to clinch the Illini’s first upset over a top-10 team since 2008.
Not bad for a guy we thought we saw the last of a few weeks ago.
