Pullman, Wash – The Vandal track and field program returns to action this weekend, January 22nd through the 23rd at the WSU Open Indoor. The two-day event starts with field events, which begin on Friday at 12pm while the final event, the 4x400m race is scheduled for 4:30pm on Saturday.
Idaho hits the indoor competition fresh off an excellent beginning home meet with first place finishes in 12 out of the 28 events. Senior Ben Ayesu-Attah looks to continue his strong start as he won both the 200m and 400m races in last week’s meet, while fellow seniors Matt Sullivan, Jesse Villines and Taylor Feinauer, amongst others look to have similar strong meets and lead for the team.
