CEDAR CITY, Utah - The Idaho Women's Basketball team will open Big Sky Conference play on the road against Southern Utah.

The Vandals are coming off of a tough holiday weekend in Reno, Nevada. Idaho went 0-3 in the Nugget Classic with losses to San Francisco, Nevada and Drake. Against San Francisco, The Vandals held a four point lead at the half, but struggled to start the third quarter. The Dons surged ahead and held on to the lead down the stretch to win 77-70. Day two saw the Vandals fall in a tough back-and-forth affair to host Nevada 61-60.
