MOSCOW, Idaho – The Vandals fell in three at home against Northern Colorado, 21-25, 22-25, 15-25, on Friday night at Memorial Gym.
Taryn Veirling led the Vandals on the offensive end with 11 kills while both Natalia Wielgus and Lacy Cox each recorded eight assists. Defensively, Aine Doty had 15 digs while Lauryn Arnold posted two blocks.
Northern Colorado took the first set, 25-21. Taryn Veirling led the way offensively for the Vandals with five kills on a .500 hitting percentage. Idaho took an early lead scoring the first four points of the set, but the Bears quickly rallied back with a 6-0 run of their own.
