OGDEN, Utah— With the majority of the votes, Idaho women's basketball was voted to win the Big Sky conference in the annual preseason coaches' and media polls.
Idaho claimed 99 points and nine votes from the coaches 'end to finish atop the preseason polls while also winning over the media collecting 13 votes and 202 points.
"Preseason polls are all based on what you did the previous year. We had a great year playing in the Big Sky Championship game and going to the postseason in the WNIT," said head coach Jon Newlee.
