Box Score Idaho put an exclamation point on the 2016 season by winning the 20 edition of the Famous Idaho Potato Bowl (previously the Humanitarian Bowl).
Six bowl-game records were set in the 61-50 defeat of Colorado State and there were bowl-record ties in four other categories. And it well may have been the coldest game in the history of all college football bowl games with a chilly 22 degrees at kickoff falling to an icy 17 by the second quarter.
That, however, didn't slow the Vandals who put up some of their most impressive numbers in school history.
