SPOKANE, Wash. - The Vandals opened the 2021-22 Indoor track season with strong performances at the Spokane Invitational.
The Vandals started the season on the right track, christening the brand-new venue in Spokane with four individual wins int he shot put, high jump, triple jump and 200 meters.
"I thought the meet was fantastic, we competed really well," director of track & field/cross country Tim Cawley said. "It's really exciting where the group is at right now. We had a ton of PR's (personal records), four wins, which is four facility records.
