BOULDER CITY, Nev. – After a windy opening round to the Big Sky Championships, the University of Idaho men's golf team sits in 4th place with a team score of 20-over, 308. Individually, Freshman Jose Suryadinata leads the Vandals as he has placed within the top-5 after the first round at the Boulder City Golf Club.
"Just a massive grind out there," said Head Coach David Nuhn. "Really a battle against the wind. I do not feel like we are heading for a bad spot after the first round.
