SPOKANE, Washington - Idaho Track and Field finished the Riverfront Invitational Saturday night after two days of competition at The Podium in Spokane, Washington.
Mia Sylvester secured another title and broke her own record in the women's weight throw at 20.03m on Friday. The sophomore scored the Idaho record at an 18.77m mark at last week's Inland Northwest Invitational. Returning to The Podium for the Riverfront Invitational on Friday, Sylvester threw at least 19m on every attempt and now sits with an all-time Vandal record of 20.03m.
Sylvester also finished fourth in the women's shot put on Saturday, throwing 14.
