CHANDLER, Ariz. – The University of Idaho men's golf team carded a 23-stroke improvement in the final round of play at the Wyoming Cowboy Classic, scoring a 2-under, 286. As a team, the Vandals shot a 22-over, 886.
"Very excited for the final round result," said head coach David Nuhn. "To be led today by two freshmen to a very respectable 2-under par team round was great to see. I thought the alterations to the game plan after the first day along with great execution from the guys was key.
