PULLMAN, Wash.—The Idaho women’s tennis team came up on the short side of a 4-3 decision on Friday against Big Sky rival Northern Arizona. The match was decided in a race to the finish between the No. 5 and 6 courts.
Northern Arizona clinched the match with a straight set win on the No. 5 court, while the No. 6 court was still in action. Jordan Denesik recorded the clincher for the Lumberjacks over Idaho’s Rita Bermudez, 6-3, 6-4. Lucia Badillos pulled out the win on the No.
