MOSCOW, Idaho - The University of Idaho Cross Country/Track & Field program is thrilled to announce the signing of distance athlete Maizy Brewer from Sammamish, Wash.
Brewer has been a multiple all-state performer in the state of Washington at Skyline High School. During her junior year she finished sixth in the state championship cross country race at the 4A level. She has also finished 11th both during her sophomore and senior seasons at the state cross country meet. Brewer was the highest senior finisher in the 2015 race.
She has a personal best of 18:04 in the 5000m over a cross county course.
