FARMINGTON, Utah – The Big Sky Conference announced the results of the men's and women's cross country preseason poll today. The Vandal women were picked second and the men were selected to finish fourth.

The Idaho women received 81 points and were selected to finish second. The Vandal women finished fourth at the 2022 Big Sky Cross Country Championship and return their top-8 finishers from last season's team. The top returner is Katja Pattis who finished 10th in that race to earn All-Conference honors.
