PROVO, Utah – The Idaho Vandal women finished tied for seventh at the Timpanogos Collegiate Invitational hosted by Utah Valley on Sept. 10-12 at the Timpanogos Golf Club in Provo, Utah. The tournament had a strong field which included 19 teams from across the country.
The Vandals closed with a final score of 866, just two over for the tournament, led by Emma Kang and Boram Jung who tied for 24th with a score of one-under 215.
Kang, golfing in her first-career tournament, opened play with a two-under 70 and followed that up with a one-under 71 in round two before closing with a two-over 74.
