MOSCOW, Idaho – The Vandal track and field team will travel to Spokane this Friday for the Whitworth Peace Meet at Whitworth University.
The Vandals will face many familiar faces from the pacific northwest region. Schools such as Washington State, Gonzaga, Eastern Washington, Eastern Oregon, Montana Western and College of Southern Idaho will be in attendance.
The one-day event will start with field events at noon with women's discus. The Vandals' first running event will be the men's 3000m steeplechase at 3:10 p.m. 39 Vandals will compete, with 16 competing in at least two events.
