Jadyn Hanks scored the lone goal during the match, marking her fifth of the season. She leads the team in goals and points (11). Kira Witte picked up her fifth shutout of the season recording five saves, with two crucial ones in the second half. The Vandals out-shot the Hornets 16-14, firing off 12 in the first half.
