The University of Idaho Track & Field/Cross Country program is thrilled to announce the commitment of Jana Willems of Glacier Peak High School will be joining the program in the fall of 2023.
Jana rose to prominence as a junior in 2022 setting PR's, lowering her times throughout the season, and qualifying for the Washington State Championships in three events. At the state championships Jana earned her way to two podium finishes in the 100 meters and 4x100 meter relay.
Determined to improve her marks, Jana worked hard throughout the offseason, and it showed immediately.
