MOSCOW, Idaho – The University of Idaho Track & Field program couldn’t be more excited to welcome Silke Berendse, a phenomenal student-athlete from the Netherlands, into the program.
She boasts personal bests of 7.70 in the 60m, 12.15 in the 100m, 24.64 in the 200m, 58.51 in the 400m, and 37’ 1 1/4” in the triple jump. This indoor season she ran an indoor personal best of 24.67 in the 200m, showing signs of big outdoor marks to come in 2016.
Berendse will make an immediate impact for the Vandals in the Big Sky Conference.
