KYLE, Texas – Junior Vicky Tsai and Valeria Patino finished strong in their final round of the Texas State Invitational, helping the Vandals to a 6th place finishes in 15-team field. As a team, the Vandals carded a three-round score of 31-over, 895.
"We had a lot of good things happen for our first event in 11 months," said Head Coach Lisa Ferrero. "Every round we improved, and we had two golfers shoot under par. We still have a few things to work on, but I am really proud of the effort and determination of this team.
