Track and Field Starts Outdoor Season Well in Spokane

SPOKANE, Wash. – Idaho closed out competition at the Sam Adams Classic on Friday, with eight individual wins and a relay victory.

Kaleala Bass won the 400-meters with a time of 57.06 seconds, setting a new personal best and moving into third in the Big Sky in the event. She also won the 200-meters with a time of 25.97 seconds.

Idaho took the top three spots in the 1500-meters, led by Kara Story. Story won the event with a time of 4:33.03, with teammate Andrea Condie close behind in second at 4:33.
