FEDERAL WAY, Wash. – The first day of the Husky Invitational for the Idaho swim team was highlighted by the Vandal relay teams.
The Vandal 400-meter medley relay team consisting of Katie Hale, Aimee Iwamoto, Rylie Jones, and Natalie Crocker finished first in 3:46.44. A second Idaho team made up of Kaling Phung, Cassie Dallas, Alexis Schmidt, and Emily Deitz placed eighth.
Meanwhile, the 200 freestyle relay team of Hale, Jones, Deitz, and Crocker finished second in 1:35.
