MOSCOW, Idaho - Idaho Volleyball head coach Romana Redondo Kriskova faced a mountainous task last season when she and assistant Ben Kasun oversaw the entire volleyball team on their own, a team that generally requires three to five coaches to function properly.
This will be the case no longer as coach Redondo Kriskova has announced the hiring of Maria Jacobus, who will join the Vandals as an assistant coach.
Jacobus brings with her a pedigree of success coaching at the junior college level, having served as the head coach of nearby Wenatchee Valley College since 2022 and being with the team since 2020.
