SUZHOU, China – The rematch had a similar outcome as Idaho fell to Macedonia, 77-67, in the final game of the Atlas Challenge. The Vandals finish the Challenge 2-3, with wins over Lithuania and Japan.
The Vandals came out hot, winning the first quarter 20-16. Macedonia would cut the Vandal lead to just three at the break then use an impressive third quarter to put the game away. Macedonia won the third, 26-15, to build an eight point lead that would prove to be enough.
Jordan Scott had another solid game, scoring 15 points and grabbing a game-high eight rebounds.
