Macedonia Still Too Tough

ZHUZHOU, China – For the third time in China the Vandals came up just short against a very talented Macedonia squad, falling on Wednesday 85-79.

Macedonia took an 11-point advantage into the break after outscoring Idaho 18-10 in the second quarter. The Vandals would fight back, winning the third and fourth quarters, but eventually fell by six.

Nate Sherwood had an excellent game. The redshirt sophomore led the team with 16 points and nine boards on the night, including four offensive. Victor Sanders also finished with 16 points.

Perrion Callandret was all over the box score, scoring 12 points, grabbing four rebounds and dishing out five assists.
