Christmas is the season of giving.
Idaho was in a giving mood Friday night, taking advantage of 39 team assists to propel the Vandals to a 127-54 victory over New Hope Christian College.
The 127 points scored by Idaho marks the highest-scoring game in program history.
“That’s one thing about this team, I have a lot of guys that work hard in practice and it was good to get those guys some minutes,” said Idaho head coach Don Verlin.
Idaho (7-5) began the game on a 20-0 run to take immediate control of the matchup.
