University of Idaho junior quarterback Matt Linehan was chosen the Sun Belt Conference Offensive Player of the Week after a career night in leading the Vandals past New Mexico State last Saturday. Linehan's career-best 476 yards rank fourth on Idaho's all-time single game list. He accomplished it by completing 29 of 36 passes - four of which were for touchdowns. He used seven receivers with three of them eclipsing the 100-yard mark. He had an efficiency rating of 222.73 for the game.
