SUZHOU, China – A dominant performance in the fourth quarter was enough to get Idaho back to its winning ways at the Atlas Challenge, as the Vandals took down Japan 74-64 on Saturday evening.

The Vandals trailed by as many as nine points in the third quarter, but closed the quarter strong and carried that momentum into the fourth. Idaho would go on a 12-0 run to reclaim a lead it would not relinquish. Idaho outscored Japan, 30-13, in the fourth.

Head coach Don Verlin went with a young lineup on Saturday, starting Nick Blair, Tyler Brimhall, Jake Straughan, Trevon Allen and Ty Egbert.
