SACRAMENTO, Calif. – Idaho cross country wrapped up its season at the 2018 NCAA West Regional Cross Country Championships on Friday, with both sides doing what they did all year long: beating their ranks.
"I thought the team ran great today, and they really ran as a team," said director of track and field/cross country, Tim Cawley. "I was proud of them today, they all put in a great effort.
"We had some young kids step up today and make some big improvements to get into the top-five.
