The Vandals swim and dive hosted Washington State on Saturday in their second home meet of the season.
The Cougars took the victory 159-129 after a competitive meet. Idaho took home four victories against a Washington State team that does not field a diving team.
Idaho freshman Natalie Crocker won the 50-yard freestyle race with a time of 24.04 seconds. The time was an improvement of more than a tenth of a second over her last week’s performance against Boise State.
Idaho did not take any wins in the relays, but each team made early-season improvements.
