MOSCOW, Idaho - The Idaho Cross Country teams continue their postseason action traveling to the 2023 NCAA Division I West Regional this Friday, Nov. 10th, hosted by Sacramento State.
The races are set to get underway beginning with the women's 6K at 10 a.m. followed by the men's 8K at 11 a.m. PST. Both races are located at the Arcade Creek Cross Country Course at Haggin Oaks Golf Course in Sacramento, Calif.
Both Vandal squads come off of a week's rest after the Big Sky Championships in Missoula, Montana. The men and the women earned fourth place finishes out of the 10 team slates.
