WAC RELEASE Hale celebrated senior day in style on Saturday with a pair of individual wins and two relay wins as well. She won the 50-yard free in 23.24 seconds and the 100-yard free in 52.14 seconds. Along with Ali Husaby, Holly Keir and Rylie Jones, Hale helped win the 200-yard medley as well, posting the fastest time by a Vandals squad this year at 1:44.
MOSCOW, Idaho – It's a sweep for Idaho swim and dive earning both TicketSmarter Western Athletic Conference Swimmer and Diver of the Week honors. Katie Hale earned WAC Swimmer honors after a four-win Saturday, while Allison Shimp took WAC Diver honors after sweeping both boards over the weekend.
