Emily Renzini has been swimming, literally, almost as long as she has been walking. Introduced to the water as a toddler, the pool immediately became a second home to her. Sami Hendricks’ story begins in much the same way – except she was all of four years old when she began swimming, while Renzini was just two.
“I know it sounds crazy,” said Renzini, who, along with Hendricks, is one of three seniors on the University of Idaho swim team, “but I remember exactly when I first got into the pool.
