CHENEY, Wash. – The Idaho cross country team is set for postseason action this weekend when the squad travels to Cheney for the 2022 Big Sky Cross Country Championships on Friday, Oct. 28.
The Big Sky Conference Championships is being hosted by Eastern Washington at the Fairways Golf Course. The men's 8k competition gets underway at 10 a.m., while the women will begin the 5k race at 11 a.m.
The Vandals are back in action after delivering a pair of first-place team finishes at the LC State Invitational on Oct. 8. The women got things started, sweeping the top three spots and seven out of the first eight places to take home a team title with 17 points.
