MOSCOW, Idaho - With this past Sunday's game against Eastern Washington, Taylor Brust has broken
the All-Time Appearances Record for the Vandals, a record that was held for nearly
a decade (78 - Liz Boyden 08'-12' and Kelly Dopke 15'-18').
Brust was a freshman in 2016 and ended up redshirting that fall season. In the spring of
2017, she found out she had a heart condition and had to have surgery to correct it.
Coming back after heart surgery, Brust started the first game of the 2017 season and
never looked back, playing in every game for the Vandals that season.
