FARMINGTON, Utah – Following a pair of 5-0 wins for the Idaho women's soccer team, Kaysie Bruce has been named the Big Sky Offensive Player of the Week, the conference announced Monday afternoon. Bruce scored four goals over the two games, including a hat trick on Sunday, and had the game winner in both matches.
The senior from Gig Harbor, Washington, scored the opening goal on Friday in the 23rd minute. The Vandals would go on to win, 5-0, over Portland State.
On Sunday, Bruce got going early again, scoring the first and second goals of the games.
