Idaho men's tennis duo, Francisco Bascon and Matteo Masala get set to compete at the ITA National Fall Championships in San Diego, CA. The tournament will take place November 2-6 at the Barnes Tennis Center.
Bascon and Masala open tournament play tomorrow for a first round matchup against Nicolas Acevedo and Filip Krolo of Florida Atlantic. The Idaho pair is contending for the top collegiate spot featuring 32 men's doubles teams.
This will be the second appearance at the national tournament for Bascon, as he qualified with teammate Esteban Santibanez in 2019 after taking second at the regional tournament.
