WE ARE THE CHAMPIONS!

Hull City’s Class of 2020/21 has ended the Club’s long 55-year wait for a league title after guaranteeing top spot in Sky Bet League One on Saturday afternoon.

Not since the 1965/66 season have the Tigers finished top of a division, when Cliff Britton’s free-scoring side that included the legendary Chris Chilton and Ken Wagstaff claimed the Division Three title.

Grant McCann’s current crop have gone about things in a similar fashion as the leading scorers in League One, with Mallik Wilks, Josh Magennis and Keane Lewis-Potter leading the way, and sealed the title courtesy of a 3-1 victory over Wigan Athletic at the KCOM Stadium on Saturday afternoon.
