Robert Snodgrass sarcastically thanks West Ham co-chairman David Sullivan after revealed his kids 'begged' him not to sign the winger from Hull

Robert Snodgrass is showing no signs of wanting to return to his West Ham nightmare as he sarcastically thanked co-chairman David Sullivan on Friday night.

The 30-year-old winger was signed for £10.2million less than a year ago but is now on loan at Aston Villa after falling out of favour at West Ham.

Sullivan gave an interview this week where he confessed his kids 'begged' him not to sign Snodgrass from Hull.
