London-born Williams spent time with Tottenham’s academy and played in non-league for Essex Senior League side Tower Hamlets before signing for Crystal Palace in January 2016.
The wide forward joined Watford in July 2017 and made his professional debut on loan at Wycombe in a 2-1 win over Grimsby in April 2018.
He scored a vital winning goal at Yeovil in his second senior outing and started the 2-1 victory at Chesterfield which secured the Chairboys’ promotion from League Two.
Featuring in the final six matches of their promotion season, Williams returned to Adams Park for the first half of the following campaign.
